Spring break flexibility intensive.jpg

Join us for one, two, or all three days of our Spring Break Flexibility Intensive!

Week 1: April 7-9th (Tuesday-Thursday)

Week 2: April 14th-16th (Tuesdays-Thursday)

 

These intensives are designed to develop flexibility, strength, technique, and body control. Athletes will work on active flexibility, alignment, and flexibility-based skills that support their sport or dance training.

 

Perfect supplemental training for gymnasts, dancers, artistic swimmers, and other athletes in aesthetic sports.

 

Recommended for competitive or pre-competitive athletes, 7 years and older.

 

Pricing:

Full Intensive (3 Days): $200

2 Days: $150

Single Day: $75​
