CLASSES OFFERED
Currently Open for Enrollment for Spring-Summer 2024:
Advanced AGG Class
Sundays 1-3pm. $250/month.
Wednesdays 6-7pm (by invitation only). $25/class.
This class is designed for those with prior gymnastics/dance related experience, who already possess certain skills, but are not ready to commit to a team (yet).
*No class June 30th-July 7th.
Stretching Class
Mondays 7-9pm. (Held at NorCal Dance Arts studio)
$40/drop-in.
Stretch class is designed for any dancers, gymnasts, and others looking to improve their flexibility, strength, and technique.
*5-7pm June/August. No class in July.
Private Lesson
Private and semi-private lessons can be arranged for a gymnast, dancer, ice skater and anyone else looking to improve flexibility, acrobatics, or other skills and techniques related to their sport. Email info@aggnorcal.com for availability and more information.
AGG Summer Camps
AGG Summer camp 1 - Advanced
6/18-6/20 (Tue-Thu) - 9am to 12pm
Age 8 and up. Previous experience in gymnastics/dance/etc required.
$240/3 days (or $85 for a single day).
AGG Summer camp 2 - Beginners
7/15-7/19 (Mon-Fri) - 9am to 12pm
Age 6 and up. No experience necessary.
$400/5 days.
AGG Summer camp 3 - Beginners and Advanced
7/29-8/2 (Mon-Fri) - 9m to 12pm
Age 6 and up. No experience necessary.
$400/5 days.
AGG summer camps are open for everyone interested in aesthetic group gymnastics. These camps are also great for dancers looking to improve flexibility, strength, technique, and learn new skills. AGG summer camps are perfect for those who want to join any of the upcoming teams in fall 2024.

AGG NorCal team "Golden Poppies"
Golden Poppies is an aesthetic group gymnastics team competing in the 6-8 years old short program category. Girls 5-9 years old are welcomed. Participation in this group is by tryouts/invitation, TBD.
AGG NorCal team "Golden Bears"
Golden Bears is an aesthetic group gymnastics team competing in the 8-10 years old short program category. Girls 7-11 years old are welcomed. Participation in this group is by tryouts/invitation, TBD.
AGG NorCal team "Gold Rush"
Gold Rush is an aesthetic group gymnastics team competing in the 10-12 years old short program category. Girls 9-13 years old are welcomed. Participation in this group is by tryouts/invitation, TBD.
Team practices will be held Tue/Wed/Thu/Fri/Sun, TBD.
