Season 24-25 Class Schedule
AGG NorCal team "Golden Poppies"
Golden Poppies is an aesthetic group gymnastics performance team for 5-8 years olds. This team will showcase a routine at the end of the season. Some previous experience in gymnastics/dance etc expected. Girls in this group are highly recommended to come to Diana's Rhythmics' Beginners L2 practice on Thursdays 5:30-7pm. Practice times: Thursdays 7-8pm.
Price: $30/class.
Class resumes Jan 16th.
AGG NorCal team "Golden Bears"
Golden Bears is an aesthetic group gymnastics team for 8-11years old (short program category). Girls born 2013-2016 years old are welcomed. Participation in this group is by tryout/invitation. Email us at info@aggnorcal.com for a free trial.
Practice times: Fridays 7-8:30pm and selected Saturdays
AGG Open Class
Ages 8 and up.
This class is designed for those with prior gymnastics/dance related experience. In the class we will work on various Agg skills, with strong emphasis on flexibility and flexibility related skills. This class is also great for dancers, ice skaters, and other athletes looking to improve their technique and to learn new skills.
Practice times: Sundays 11:30-1pm.
Price: $40/class.
Class resumes February 2nd.
Stretching Class
Stretch class is designed for any dancers, gymnasts, and others looking to improve their flexibility, strength, and technique.
Time: Mondays 7-9pm. (Held at NorCal Dance Arts studio)
Price: $40/drop-in.
Agg Mini Stars
Agg Class for kids 3-5 years old. Kids in this class will learn to move their bodies in various ways in a fun and encouraging environment, while working on flexibility, balance, coordination and other fundamental skills.
Practice times: Wednesdays 11-11:45am.
Price: $100/month.
This class will begin when minimum number of attendees is reached.
Homeschooler's AGG Class
This Agg Class is for kids 7 and up. The class is designed for those with some prior gymnastics/dance related experience.
Time: Wednesdays 11:45-1:15pm
Price: $180/month
This class will begin when minimum number of attendees is reached.
Private Lesson and Small Group Classes
Private and semi-private lessons (1-2 ppl per class), and small group classes (3-5 ppl) can be arranged for any gymnast, dancer, ice skater and anyone else looking to improve flexibility, acrobatics, or other skills and techniques related to their art/sport.
